Steering not straight after being lowered????

Guys i just fitted a Spax psx kit to my motor and now the streeing wheel is not straight any ideas. All was ok before and i didn't have to animalise the track rod ends to get them off...

Where is it pointing now and how much? if everything works ok and the top mounts are put together correctly etc i dont really see how it could have gone far out :-

Nah it's not out much at all maybe 10 degrees to the right. The springs were all sitting on the stops and i put it back as it came off. I don't no why but i guess i'll have to get the front track done. Just wondered if any one had come across it before.

ten degrees is huge, unless you mean the steering wheel.
give it a bit to settle, and investigate everything before you get it tracked. you should always let it settle a bit first anyway..

yeah thats at the wheel not the track lol... I'll give it a couple of days see how it goes.

Normally after dropping the car you will have to get the tracking done, as it changes the angle the car sits now and ....

I've got the same problem on my recently aquired V6. Not sure what kit has been fitted but lowered by 35mm and the steering wheel is about 10 degrees out too...

Just got myself a new Spax PSX kit to fit.

Will let you know what happens to the alignment when I have finished
