strange noise!!

ive recently gave the calibra lower suspension arms and antiroll bar droplinks but i noticed over the weekend that theres a slight knock noise when i press the clutch in ,i am going to check that all the bolts of the arb link and lower arm bolts are still tight in a while ,or could this be something different.

mine did some thing like that,, but not when the clutch was presses,,, onlt at low speeds accelerating and slowing down,,,, turned out 2 be a loose bolt on the suspension

well its only done it since i had the wheels tracked at the garage
