Hi mate.

I personally bought front and rear discs new from ebay. Drilled and grooved.
A company called M-Tec. - No not BMW!!

Anyway, being an 8v, I didn't worry too much on performance of them as long as the ymatched stock obviously.

After a number of miles they have bedding in, and I have to say stop the car with some serious commitment!!

See an example here: <a href="http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ASTRA-CAVALIER-CALIBRA-GSi-Drilled-Grooved-BRAKE-DISCS_W0QQitemZ300086830757QQihZ020QQcategoryZ23013QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem" target="_blank">http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ASTRA-CAVALIER-CALIB...1QQcmdZViewItem</a>

autovaux.co.uk give em a ring, ideal for an 8v or 16v IMO stock brakes work fine on them
