1.
furry yellow wire, its located behind the glove box, could it be passenger air bag,(i haven't got one fitted to the passenger side.

2.
and any one know what the box is for, its got vdo stamped on it loads of wires coming from it, could it be anything to do with the bat and volt dials?.ive ripped the car apart today to hunt for the little connector for the dials with no joy.

3.
how do you tell if the wire will be there for the dials, ive had a quick look at the back of the engine to see if ive got a sender there but the engine is to big to see anything,

cheers your help is greatly appreciated:icon_nod:

No 1 is an airbag connector.

No 2 is the check control box and nothing to do with oil & volt gauges, It performs the check on lights and such.

No 3 best thing is put in your own wires for the gauges.
