Seems to only happen when im turning at low speed, Ive got under the car and checked the CV joints, they look fine, the ball joints look good, couple of the bushes look like they've had better days, would that be the cause? The car is sitting on lowering springs aswell, anyone had this same thing when they're lowered their cally, just wanna make sure its a real problem before i go getting new parts...

Yeah that could be it, it has that sound and i guess where its been lowered its under a little more stress that the stock springs would be...
Is there a way to stop them moving I wonder? :s

drop links look ok, not checked the top mounts, although I found out the other day when i was painting my calipers that the f/o/s shock looks like its leaking, I take it stock shocks aren't gas? also I notice that with the wheel off and me rotating the driveshalf I get a slight noise from that once every full turn, could the driveshaft be on its way out?

If you have had the shocks changed then check the big nut that secures the cartridge to sleeve thing.
Mine hadn't been done up tightly enough so there was a bit of play in them.
Also if you open your bonnet and turn the steering wheel you ban see the top mounts moving about,
maybe these need to be renewed. i know mine do as i can see then moving.
