Ideas for removing a stubborn subframe bolt?

Are you using a 6 sided or 12 sided socket?? you need to use a 6 sided one.
Assuming you are, then the next best bet is to get an imperial socket slightly smaller and hammer than on it and try undo it.
I'm assuming its one of the slightly countersunk ones you can't just grind the head off?

you could also weld another bolt onto it that way you've got a bolt head that isn't rounded

Blow torch... You wouldn't believe how much this can come in handy for removing nuts and bolts that just wont budge... Another tip is use coke on it (dont use diet) Its meant to be better than WD40...
