Finally got the kit yesterday afternoon, a bit more expensive than I'd hoped, but they made a BIT of a difference

Ive just bought a set of HID's but, im still looking for a set of clear lenses to go with them, where is the cheapest place, Ive looked on ebay and 150 for angel eyes for the lenses seems the cheapest I can find! Seems abit steep to me? Anyone know of cheaper? Also, will the lenses from the angel eyes diffinately fit straight on to the standard lights with out mods? Thanks Ashley.

At the moment the only place you can get the clear lenses is from a pair of angel eye units and they need to be trimmed down a bit to fit standard headlight units :)

Hmm, might leave that for a minute, do they look "factory fit" when they are done? take it they still clip in they same way as the standard ones?

The clear lenses have a lip on the inside that needs to be trimmed to get a flush fit with the standard headlight and for the clips to fit.

As for factory fit you decide :)

Final thing, how difficult is it to get the lights out to replace the lenses?

Bumper off, two bolts on top of head light one bolt underneath and then unplug wiring.

Be carefull..I recall seeing a post where someone had used a set of aftermarket angeleye headlight units to use the clear lenses on a standard set of lights...and I believe there was a slight difference in size that meant the lenses had to be altered to fit ...think the edges had to be trimmed or ground down?..
