stuff that needs connecting. help!

i've got a few things that need to be connected in my engine bay and don't know where to put them (i'm trying to get pics on to the site but haven't managed it yet) but here's a discription of a few if anyone can help. theres a nozzle for a hose underneith teh intake manifold on the bulk head side but can't find anything to connect to it, there's a blue plug near the battery tray that i think is coming from near the headlights also can anyone tell me what i do with the small hose on the top of my FSE fuel pressure regulator? any help would be greatfully accepted this car hasn't run in a year and i want to get it sorted
