Careful when torquing it up mate, the captive nut on mine fooked up and i had to put a hole in the floor to put another nut in.

Captive nuts are just a pain in the arse you may be lucky and it come out no problem

i sit before you a defeated team off men :oops: one 16mm nut has stumped ,cripple (me) and 3 luton club rugby players, and the misses we have snapped 2 ratchets and bent one spanner squashed me fags :twisted: and dented my bros astra (funny story) looks like im gonna have to take the motor to a garage to get these wishbones changed how much am i looking at peeps?

just been quoted 80 squid by one garage but they wont touch it with my part,and 42.50 from another garage with my part. why are some garages so fussy?

Get some heat on it... use a blow torch to heat up the bolt, it will come off so much easier... I struggled for ages trying to get mine undone then my mate suggested the heat so we went to halfords got a blow torch for a tenner and after 5mins of heat the bolt just came undone (with a bit of a light tap with a rubber inpact hammer)
