Help getting my calipers off? :) - Sorted!
Well, mine is a wire brush and not a drill attachment, so had to give a good 10 mins of elbow grease to get it to what looked reasonable. Would you suggest any chemical cleaners to make sure the surface is 100%?
If it's a strange size, that would completely explain it! I've never needed the 7 up until today, so didn't think of it. What were Opel thinking in that design? heh!
How would you push the piston back without removing it? Maybe I'll understand when I take another look tomorrow.
Thanks mate.

Thats where people go wrong, with new pads and disks top the level up, then as the pads wear the level will drop, this shouldnt be topped up again, as when you push the pistons back it goes everywhere, instead of going back to the full mark. There is enough fluid in the resevoir to allow for wear.If you DO need to get some fluid out, either bleed it off first or gt some clear piping and suck it up the pipe, SLOWLY as not to get a gob full.

However that reply was in response to callymat's somewhat confusing suggestion!
I didn't find it confusing just common sense really, Only top up reservoir after discs and pads have been replaced.
