Why would it not respond to a jump or 2nd battery, yet jump and fire fine?!

No. There are no warning lights, all the power seems normal, electrics work fine, but the thing just won't turn over.

it all uses power jay

does your battery light work on your dash when you turn your ignition on one click?

2 clicks.
1 click does nothing. Never has, on both calibras.

It may all use power vin, but surely the radio should not be sucking whatever it is, completely dry?!
