i need some advice
i am in the middle of stripping out the wiring loom of the v6 and i have got some answers i need answered,
1, the v6 has the immobaliser on it do i need this or can i bypass it as it is on the dash wiring and not on the engine loom?
2, traction control can i separate it from the loom, and wire it in to the 16v loom,
3,the v6 has the electric drive speedo , would i have to use the dash loom from the v6 or again is there connectors on the 16v loom
Or should i just transplant the v6 loom into the 16v body, please i need help

immobaliser and the ecu are one, you are using the V6 ECU so you will need the key and the transponder bit around the igntion switch...not that hard really
traction control ....if you can find the wires and what they go to, then yes its possible.....but will have to study the wiring diagrams
Dash not sure about that one, IIRC the speedo is a pulse from the abs sensors, and I think so is your blue red wire on your F/C so that is just a simple tap into that for the speedo ...but that also depends if its the same pulse duration and the ABS rings are the same amount of teeth
