Glad it's coming together nicely at last, but how did it pass the MoT with those 'leg slicers' sticking out of the bumper?

The mot tester was a foot shorter after failing them on the first one, he wasnt brave enough to do it again

I know this is a sad question, but......

What diameter are the tail pipes, it's exactly what I've been looking for. :D

Oh, by the way, lovely car. :dancing:

Your exhaust is about 4 foot!! Its deceiving because its oval and has a slash cut

Cheers mate, hope its been useful. After what has been over 2 years of hard work, hears the result of what happens when I hand over my keys to the experts. Dont want to go into the detail but ive not been 100% happy with how it was running, probably a tad paranoid after spending so much time and money but I thought I would be on the safe side and get the timing double checked after satisfying myself that everything else was as it should be. The result, 5 broken valves and plenty more bent  . There is minimal damage to the head and piston crowns which I suppose if I must look on the positive side as being a good thing but gonna have a long hard think about whether im going to spend the time and money rebuilding it..............
