VBOA Billing 2009

Its that time of year again!

Billing 2009 is now fast approaching its the biggest event in the club calender. It is just over 7 weeks to go.

Dates :- 11th - 12th July 09

Prices :- £15 per night arriving 3pm Friday and departing 6pm Sunday

You can arrive earlier than the actual show date, some people do come and make a week’s holiday, arriving on the Monday or staying later the next week.

If you’re considering doing this please be aware, that though the clubs attending do get a discounted camping rate, this ONLY applies from the Friday (July 10th) and will end on Sunday (July 12th) .You will be charged the normal entry fee of £20 per 24 hours, at all other times.

The discount is for Fri into Sat and Sat into Sun at a cost of £15.00 per 24 hrs,(normally £20.00) for up to 4 persons in 1 tent.

The bit about monday morning is that Billing would like all VBOA members/clubs clear by 10.00am so they can get the sight ready for the next event, unless they are staying on site for holiday's etc

The information we have regarding the entrance fees and camping fee’s are:

• Gate charges are per vehicle and all occupants
• Thursday July 9th camping per vehicle - £20 for 24 hours
• Friday and Saturday July 10th and 11th camping per vehicle - £15 per 24 hour period
• Electrical hook ups - £6 per 24 hour period
• Additional vehicles to be charged at £10 for duration of the stay, this is a vehicle that is sharing one Tent or camping unit. If your camping with 2 vehicles and two tents…you will be charged the VBOA daily rate.This applies to driving or trailing the second car
• Day entry per vehicle, any day - £10
• The VBOA will arrange to display the charges at the gate
• Any “gazebo” left erected overnight will be charged at £5 per night. This does not apply to Vauxhall provided tents/marquees. For the avoidance of doubt, overnight is defined as being after 10.00pm. This includes extra pup tents. The site bailiffs will be instructed accordingly and will be charging extra fees on the spot.
• There is now a £2 per night charge for dogs
• Any vehicle not displaying a VBOA sticker will be charged the normal camping rate of £20 per 24 hour period

Club BBQ and Social Gathering

We will be holding a BBQ this year.

Cost :- £5 per person please state if you are vegetarian
Under 12 free

If you would like an official VBOA plaque (numbers are limited only 35 so first come first served) the cost is £1

You can pay for the plaque and BBQ by bank transfer, cheque/postal order or by paypal at events@clubcalibra.net Please add £1 if paying by paypal for administration costs.

The closing date for this event is the 28th June.
