drive shaft/cv boot
drive shaft/cv boot
last time me and Tazz removed the d/s drive shaft the boot was weeping nothing special really
now its gushing
easy enough to replace, but would it be worth it in the long run to replace the drive shaft too?
can you get a spanking new shaft with cv and boot all in ?
one more question can you replace the abs jobbys without replacing the joint?

had a little looky around and its either 6 squid for a boot or 60 squid each side (shaft,cv and new abs rings)

you can buy it seperately at most motorfactors, just ask for cv grease.

Re: drive shaft/cv boot
Have now got a tube of grease, how easy will it be to get the grease in with the boot still in place. Thinking of using a pointy thing like from glue tubes and putting it under the end of the boot and squirting in a bit at a time. Anyone any other ideas?
