which wire?

going to wire a split charge relay. suggests witing to the alternator no charge light(blue/white) or any wire that is live when engine is running but not cranking.which wires are live when engine running but not cranking, and where are they?

i used the blue wire from the alt to ign light for mine ...works just fine, but ther again it for the caravan split charge relay. would think its the same thing

where did you access it Fraz? i haven't any means to access the car from underneath.
