it has took way longer than anticapated but what can you do ? I have only had the car since february and done about 1000 milesif im lucky, it will feel like getting a new car ( hopefully will look like one ) :band:

car is now ready and just waiting its turn in the queue, could be a good few weeks yet as the bodyshop is flat out at the moment and a couple of guys are on holiday. No rush now as it has already been 4 month

Where do i start ? The car finally went to the bodyshop on sunday to get finished off, so was duelly sprayed on the monday only for the paint to have a reaction overnight and the full car blistered unknown to me as my wife was giving birth to my newly born son. So got the phone call today and got the paint sorted out and the car is noe sprayed , 1 coat rwed then sealed with clear coat flattened back and then 3 coats of flame red followed by 4 coats of clear, so car is now just waiting to be put back together over the weekend. So here are some pics the guy sent me today.

is that the proper RED for the calibra? se9? :think:

looking good so many people have different ideas on how to stop the red from fading! im confused lol im gonna get mine done (I HOPE) for billing this year

Well tonite i called upon the services of v6 steve to give me a hand to start putting the car back together, just the bonnet and spoilers to go on and car to be polished then i can get it home. Will hopefully get the odds and ends done if the garage in Ashgill is open over the weekend. Here are a few pics of how we got on. A big thanx to steve for all his help.
