Important information for Billing 2010....PLEASE READ

This information is critical if you are planning to attend Billing this year

Just got a letter from the VBOA and it is somewhat different this year in how you will pay to attend the show...YOU WILL NEED TO PRE BOOK see point 4

Applies only if you will be camping, if only arriving for the day nothing has changed

1. The rates are the same as last year which is £15 per 24 hour period for the Friday Saturday. This is for one camping unit, a unit being 1 Vehicle with upto 4 adults with one tent or a Trailer Tent or Caravan ...normal rate is £25
2. If you wish to stay over on the Sunday the rate will be for that one day £20 per unit
3. In all instances you MUST vacate the camping by 10am in the 24 hour period.
4. To get the above rate you will need to call Billing Aquadrome on 01604 408181 then option 2 (TWO) on quoting the reference VBOA10 you will get the discounted prices
THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE Wednesday 30th June ....booking after that date will be at the full rate of £25 per 24 hour period

5. payments can be made by debit credit card or by cheque, provided the cheque arrives in time to fully clear
6. Day visitors are still £10 and do not need booked in advance
7. There is a limited number of electric hook up points on the show area, and these will be an extra £6 per 24 hour period

After you have booked and upon arrival at Billing, you will be issued with a your tickets and also the VBOA windscreen sticker and any addional passes ordered

Also as most of you will not doubt be aware of, last year they started building a new leisure centre, with log flume and pools. This is now complete and you can also pre book passes in advance

3 day family ticket = 2 adults+ 2 Children = £30
1 day Family pass = £10
Adult single = £5
Child Single = £3

There is also a New Chinese restaurant, new operator of the fun fair and the return of the miniature railway along with all the other attractions

The VBOA has also hired additional security comprising of two men with a dog, these will be under the VBOA's supervision and will supplement the Billing security which has also been upgraded with CCTV

just got it confirmed the price is £15 Friday and Saturday and if not off Billing by 8pm Sunday, then the £20 fee will apply and you must then be off by 10am Monday or they will charge you another £20

Just booked up and it cost me £84 but thats becasue I have the caravan so thats

£15 per night for two nights for the pitch .....3 nights £45
£6 per night for electric ..............................3 Nights £18
£2 per night for the awning ........................3 Nights £6
£5 per night for an extra adult ....................3 Nights £15

Total £84...though they made a mistake as they should have charged an extar £5 for the Sunday


if your in a tent remember your going to be £30 for the weekend for one tent with four people ...I just have a tin tent with the electrics so its more expensive as you only get two people included in the price
