Start by cleaning them off with a good alloy wheel cleaner to get most of the rubbish off.

Using 400 wet and dry with lots of water clean off all the old paint then use 1000 wet and dry again with lots of water to soomth it all out and make a nice suface to paint.

When your happy that it's all soomth mask up the front so that no over spary gets on them, spray them with a good paint, lots of light coats rubbing each one down with 1500 wet and dry and lots of water until you have a nice flat surface to put the top coat on. Agian lots of light coats or it will run, rubbing down between each coat until you have a nice looking fiinsh.

I'd also give it a few coats of clear just to help as the back of the wheels get very dirty and stones and all sorts s**t can get in.
