Carbon Fibre wrapped interior bits!

Just did this over the last two days...didn't really take that long but re-did the oil /battery guage...makes a change to the interior thats been the same for 5 years or so!...used this stuff...stereo surround/ashtray/TC buttons/oiiand battery/door handles and interior mirror covers.

i got all mine done at the begining of this year it cost me a fortune so well done on doing it yourself they look great

No pretty easy with a bit of time..just have to make sure its heated up with a hairdryer to make it easier to work with and slick a little better. Also makes it easier on curved surfaces.Keep smoothing with your fingers and pulling to get any creases out. Trim when its cooled down with a nice sharp stanley, or craft knife would have ben easier. Makes a big difference to a bland interior I must say. :D

what wrap did you use? I got some off the bay and its only good for flat surfaces...

I used the stuff thats in the ebay link..it needs to be heated up a lot to use on curved surfaces like the oil/battery gauge...but with a little time you can mould it and get it to fit no problem.
