ive had my head under the bonnet of the se2 for nearly a fortnight trying to get it to stop over revving and kangarooing. :banging:

Yep 4 days here as well, Monday till today. I complained the other day and they ran tests on my modem, found a fault and booked an engineer for yesterday who never turned up and re-emberssed me £5 :D . Called them today to chase it up and was told there was a fault in this area and to try again later hence now working. If the Indian call centre had told me this Wednesday they could have saved themselves a fiver
