They give good prices but after sales help is bad and I've often had to ring back numerous times to resolve any issues or changes with the car.
My renewal came through last month........2 weeks after it ran out. Luckily, I wasnt using the car anyway otherwise I would have been driving illegally! I havent renewed with them.

well all i wanted to do was transfer from cally to a veccy while i sort mine out, i did think that the premiums would be low since cally has mods and veccy has none, some how they both the same price for year cant see it mesel but bloke on phone said makes no diff, both 2.0 16v eco engines, wont be using them when it runs out in july, not very happy with these at all.

had same problem when swapped the SE2 over to the SE6, the SE6 had only different alloy wheels at the time and they said samething...no change in price apart from them charging £25 to do the swap over

£25 to do a swap over, well he never mentioned that on the phone when i spoke to him so will check the paper work when it turns up and see if they have charged me anything for doing that, if they have be back on phone to them.

They would only do my SE2 as Third party because of the age of the car
