Once again we have been invited to attend this show. We now have the forms in and though its still some time away, best get the details up and a list started

NOTE: this is now over 3 days (Saturday to Monday) and now in the main Field

Directions

The actual entrance to the camping and show is off yarm road down a lane just before Preston Hall park, or at the far end depending on which way your coming. The name of the lane is Preston lane. I would suggest you use this postcode on your sat nav to get there rather than the parks Post code

TS18 3RG

as you go down the lane, just after the last house (there is only about 10) there is a dirt road on the right, follow that and your there. Be careful though as its two way and somewhat narrow

Dates

Weekend of the Saturday 28th Sunday 29th and Monday 30th May

Prices

Cost of the weekend is £17 per unit that is exhibiting and camping Priority will be given to exhibitors

If just camping then that is £45 per unit

If not camping but exhibiting then there is no charge, with free entry for the car driver and 4 passengers

Other Details

It looks like you can still Arrive and camp on the Friday as it asking what day you arrive and has Fridays date the 27th

This year will see Sluggers Disco playing in the marquee all weekend Saturday’s entertainment will be from “Bessie and the Zinc Buckets” Sunday there will be live music from the rock Band "The Jesters" and on Monday "Doggone Daddy's" playing live

There will be a licensed bar within the marquee. Patrons are politely asked to refrain from taking their own alcohol into the marquee. There will also be food available.

During the day, we have many side stalls, including fast food and children’s entertainment.
Sunday is Show and Shine and trophies will be presented at 3.30pm in the Marquee.

Your entry is for the driver and up to 4 passengers into the show and camping

dogs are welcome, but MUST be on a leash at all times, and you must clean up after them

Closing date for entry's is Sunday 16th April since we need to have the payments sent off and with them by the 29th


Also please note that the closing date is final, payments not made by the closing date means you will have to arrange things yourself

This not just open to paid club members, so all are welcome. Please add your name to the list and copy and paste as you do
