found out why!

I found out as a last resort and started sticking things down any hole i could find, then sitting in the car and having someone hose the car down. After i cleared these holes the leak stopped. I knew this was the culprit because the carpet started drying even when it was raining. I suppose the water wouldn't drain away from the scuttle tray and built up eventually going over the blower lip, i dont know.
You try anything when you get desperate lol
