Black tar like balls on my alloys ..how to remove?

Ive got a tar like substance on my alloy.. looks like little black balls they are hard like dry paint but when you scrape them with youre fingernail it goes gooey inside and smudges you cant just wipe it off when it smudges you proper have to scrape it.... has anyone got any tips for removing crap from alloys without damaging them.... ill put a pic on when it stops raining so you understand better.
its on the outside not the inside so its not anything from the car looks all ok, imagine scraping bubblegum off your jeans its like that... except you cant put an alloy in the freezer mines not big enough lol

That sounds like tar spots, T-cut will do it Kitty. Or a specific tar spot remover.

Or this stuff (or similar) will get it off easily.

Autoglym tar stuff is brilliant and effortless....T-cut should be banned IMO.
