Don't think my keys got a chip as iv had others cut and they worked plus its the old style vauxhall key (like old cavs and novas)

If your ECU has the PN code on it then it doesn't have the Immobiliser function.

With a pressure gauge ?

Or depress the pin on the schrader valve to see if petrol comes out :)

tryed a preasure gauge it didnt fit there is fuel there but i dont no what preasure its at

right been at the car again striped both the heads off and had them tested they are both fine.

is there any way to test the ecu and if it is faulty should the ecu light on the dash be on

i would put money on it being timming iv spoke to your Dad a couple of times and im sure he has done it right but thats what it sounds like, iv got a nice little red top you could stick in it
