Your first Calibra

What was it it, mine was an SE bought in 1998 for £8000 with only 34000 miles and in absolutley mint condition, it even had all the paper work including a Vauxhall recall for problem with the airbag. I traded in a 1600 Cav for it in at a Vauxhall dealership in Luton and only sold it 5 years ago when i bought the SE2, i wish i had kept it now. Sold on with 101K and its still driving about the town.

Should never have sold the SE, i took me all over from Luton to Pitlochry and all over the south parts of Scotland fully loaded for family holidays and also went from Luton to Newry via the ferry to Roslare in S Ireland and a drive north and not once had a hiccough.
In fact it ended up with the drivers seat out of Mark1's SE :D

well i had a legend lol (or some might say leg-end cos of its condition , but it was a great car

i paid 1500 for a spectral blue 16v xe on a L plate , i bought it with 133k on the clock and by the time i sold it on i got 600 pounds for it then 5 years later it was time to sell the beast as at the time i really wanted a v6 and stuck it lucky by getting one of the last on the shelf so to speak.

This one had a slightly modified airbox system and nothing else special but it had a lot of surface rust on the arches front and back but was very very good reliable motor .I remember doing a video of it on youtube and (its my largest rated video yet )
