Bilstein Shocks & Eibach Springs for the V6
Bilstein Shocks & Eibach Springs for the V6
I'm wondering what Model of Bilstein Shocks suit the V6??
I'm thinking that the Rear Shocks, would be the same for all Calibra Models...
But I'm not sure if the Front Shocks, are all the same for all Calibra Models...
Any knowledge here, is much appreciated...

Re: BILSTEIN SHOCKS FOR V6
its the springs that are different, not the shocks
BETTER TO HAVE A CALIBRA AND NOT NEED ONE, THAN NEED A CALIBRA AND NOT HAVE ONE!!!

Re: BILSTEIN SHOCKS FOR V6
I had Bilstein B6's on my old car with standard springs, they were very good at controlling the body roll, and also gave a 'firmer' than standard ride but without being too harsh.
Here is Bilsteins UK web catalogue

LMF's web blurb wrote:The Bilstein B4 gas shock absorber is the ideal replacement for standard shock absorbers.
The Bilstein B6 takes this to a new level with superb handling and ride quality along with increased traction.
The Bilstein B8 shortened high performance sports shock absorber is especially designed for lowered vehicles. Only suitable for springs at least 40mm shorter than standard.
I used to own this Calibra...
I now own this one.

I'll most likely get them from the UK, as parts here are usually 2-3 times more expensive...

It works out to be:
Total inc Post = 293
Front Shocks = 98
Rear Shocks = 79
Apex Springs = 119
Seems pretty reasonable to me... Go for it Bazza!!!
