Just touching up on some of the smaller aspects, of the Interior...
Have You ever checked Your 'Rear Seat Rubbers' condition??? If mine were shocking, Yours will be even worse!!!
I also tightened up the screws on the Parcel Tray hinges, and taped up the rubber sleeves on the positioning shafts!
I then tightened up the torx head bolts, for the Inner Trim of the Tailgate, and they needed it...
I also removed the Old Eurovox for the Audio System to be Updated...

Thanks Mate... Indeed it was lucky for me, as I really needed some bits and pieces, that are NOT so easy to find!!!
ACTIVITY UPDATE:
Today, I plan on finishing the 'Interior Phase' completely... Except for perhaps the Stereo replacement...
All that's left is to locate and re-route the Heated Seat wiring, reassemble the centre console, and fit the new front seats!
Then I'll take some photos and do a 'Before and After' Post on the interior Phase!!!
Then I'll have to see what else I can do next...

Thanks yeah....just not had chance to get jobs done on it over last fortnight as the weather has been poor.

Get the Parts, pack some Tools, and go Underground!!!
Lucky where I live, the Garage Section is below the Apartments...
As that's where I usually do the majority of work, but it's usually late at night and I have to work very quietly...

OIL CAP EXPERIMENT
I trimmed off a bit from the Top of the Oil Cap, in order to reduce the clearance...
This experiment was done to allow fitment of the V6 Engine Cover, after the Cam Cover Metal V6 Vectra Upgrade!
The reduction in clearance helped for sure, but might not be really necessary...
I did have to Modify the Engine Cover as well, in order to get the Cover back on...

Nice work ...you getting them windows tinted as well ??? just your leather will soon get very dry with those sort of temps that the BC is shown

Thanks for the Tip...
They are tinted as Standard, but I'll be getting them darker a little down the track!
I generally avoid the heat here, and rarely park the car out in the hot sun for too long!
I'm really pleased with the 'New Look Interior' and I'm loving the Seat Warming Option too!
Now I'm onto the 'Engine Phase' and this won't take as long as the Interior did...
We shall see how much gets done this weekend!!!

ENGINE PHASE PREPARATION:

THE CAM COVER METAL UPGRADE
Cam Cover Metal Rear - Upgraded Vectra Part with New Gasket with O Rings (Front Cover already done a few weeks ago!)
I gave the Rear Cam Cover a good scrubbing up with Throttle Body Cleaner, in preparation for this Phase!

COMMENCED ENGINE PHASE:
I started the 'Engine Phase' the other day, and had a good start...
1 - Removed the Upper Inlet Manifold with ease...
2 - Removed the Fuel Rail and Injectors with ease...
3 - Removed the Centre Inlet Manifold with ease...
4 - Removed the Lower Inlet Manifold with ease...
Then the Headaches started...
Whilst trying to remove the bolt that secures the 'Thermostat Extension Pipe' with 8mm socket, it slipped...
Tried various different size tools, but none were gripping the damaged bolt, so I decided to give it a break and do some other work...
So I fitted the Metal Cam Cover on the Rear... All was going well till the last bolt... It was not tightening, and just kept turning, but the
worst thing about this was it's R1 location... I knew that the Cam Shaft Retaining Bracket was threaded, but the R1 Bracket is one that
I didn't have a spare... I tried several different bolts, hoping one would grab, but there was to be no suck luck...
I gave up one this R1 bolt, and continued with stripping the Original Upper Inlet Manifold...
I removed the all of the components, and transferred them over to the Polished Manifold...
Now that's ready to go, I then fitted the Serviced Injectors onto the Fuel Rail, and clipped them secure...
That then disappointingly concluded Day One of Engine Phase...
I started the 'Engine Phase' the other day, and had a good start...

3 - Removed the Centre Inlet Manifold with ease...
4 - Removed the Lower Inlet Manifold with ease...
