Baz, why post all that up when you know you have a 2.5 V6?

Re: Bilstein Shocks & Eibach Springs for the V6
hmm the bilsteins wwould cost
:
bilstein b6 120 pound each shock =480
eibach pro springs 200
=thats nearly 700 quid
I cannot spend that amount of money on a car thats worth not even a grand , and for that price that would be money for coilovers lol.plus my mate will have to have his cash for doing it for me , what other alternatives would there be for the combination
would these not be any good
:
http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/Supersport ... libra.html
plus they come with a two year warranty also

so do you actually read things on these posts we all put up ???
I ask as I do know I put a post up with the part numbers of the shocks we all seem to have recommended, and they are not B6 ...there infact B4, I even put up the actual part numbers
PNE-3052 for front
BNE-1975 for rear
now they come in (with a very quick goggle) at
PNE-3052 for front £49.92 inc Vat
BNE-1975 for rear £41.21
so that is £182.26 for a full set plus delivery of course
so even with your eibach pro springs at £200 I make that a total of £382.26 plus delivery of course but i doubt it will be more than £15 for that so lets just round it up to a nice £400 for your springs and shocks
why are you looking at the more expensive B6 ones after being told they are B4 ???

Baz, please follow the following simple steps.
1. Step away from google.
2. READ Fraz's incredibly informative post that he posted on THIS thread at 3:19pm today.
3. Buy them.
4. Fit them.
5. Enjoy driving the car.
6. Send Fraz some flowers (they have a calming effect)
7. (point 6 is optional).

pmsl you guys lol
your right fraz its a good deal for just under 400 which was the figure i was looking at and a good setup at that .
as long as it woill be okay for lowering springs then it will be great
but when ive looked on lmf vauxhall it doesnt mention any lowering springs for the b4 type only the b6 and i cant get on the website for tuning.co.uk
and also if i wanted to would the h&r springs work also instead of the eibach

I have H&R springs on the Drain with B4billies they are great had no probes can't say there better or worse as it's all iv had on my v6 ( and yes it's lowered)
Now do as Andy has said and go buy them before your car rots away I'm sure this has been going on for more than 2 years now and I wouldn't buy fraz flowers cream cakes are a far better
