She Lives

Thanks to Ally and David the LE lives again,

it was the oil pressure realise valve that was sticking in the housing, Bennymac popped up with a spare pump so we checked the oil pressure realise valve in it and the valve slides up and down easily but the LE one was very stiff, so it was strip down time and new oil pump in she now has 4 bar on tick over so all's good, some of the bolts on the sump are a pain to get in to

thanks again to Ally and David for the hard work and putting up with MR Grumpy, Bennymac for the pump, Bodgetastic for the valve, steva and Mrc for the technical help on the other end of the phone

just need to put a few bits back on and a good clean and she should be ready for PVS

Nah, no need to remove the subframe, a wee 8mm spanner gets into the bolts nearest the subframe. Good to hear it's fixed.

when you have man size hands it would be better to have the sub frame off
