I'll post some more pictures soon. I fitted Euro style tail lights, smoked side indicators today, and I have a set of angel eye head lights to go for the exterior.

Good Work Mate...

Will look even better, with the new lights fitted...

Did you consider colour coding??

Thanks Eddey & Bluejuz,
I wanted to keep the colours close to orginal so no I didn't want to colour code anything other than the door handles. The bumpers are a honda silver which looks similiar in colour to the grey strip on the rear lights. The bottom spoiler is gloss black, and the roof rails are unpainted but cleaned up.

Below is a picture with the new euro style tail lights and smoked side indicators I still have to fit the new angel eye headlights.

Which ones? Black or Chrome? HID's or Standard?

Those Tail Lights have really sparked up that rear end...

Looking to checking it out, at the next Meet Up...

Hi Guys,
I noticed that I have the right guard bump strip removed someone pride it off and scratched the paint work a little. It nice to know there are p****s, jeolous maybe, out there and want to ruin someone else car, and only two weeks since it was sprayed. I'll have to be more careful were I park it and leave the dog in the car 24/7 now.

Sorry for spoiling pics 5 and 6 for you guys.

Hi Guys,
I finished the headlining, it has been recovered in Alcantara. I used 3M Vinyl paint to spray the sunvisor and other bits and pieces that fit into the headlining except for the sunroof button which I finished in silver.

A quick run down on the process for anyone interested in doing this job.
1. After removing the head lining, simply pull the material back on itself, vacuum clean all the crumbled and yellowed foam underneath throughly. Use a course sandpaper to remove any stubborn spots of foam, be gentle the headliner is thin and fragile.

2. Cut the new material oversized by about 4 inches on all sides, and lay flat on the headliner. Roll half of the material back onto itself, say to were the interior roof light is.
Spray the glue onto both the back of the material and and the headliner. The instructions tell you to leave the glue until it is tacky, but trust me what until the glue is dry to touch on both material & headliner.

3. You will need a hand with this. OK pick up the ends of the material and bring it back above the glued headliner, do not put it down.
Get your friend to get a 3 or 4 inch wide brush, new one not a crusty old one, and get him to brush gentle back towards you working from the inside out, i.e. from the sunroof motor hump out. Gently laying down the material and helping him as he goes.
Work slowly and do it under sun light so you can see any imperfections e.g. air bubbles or creases which you will need to push out as you go. Note, the 3M glue is very sticky so work slowly because it is hard to relift the material.

4. Now lift the back part of the material onto the top of the finished section and repeat process 1 to 3 again.

Note.
I was careful to select a light weight material because the headliner doesn't look like it could support much weight. The Alcantara material I used weighed 170gm per square meter.
