It's shocking to see the car in this state, the amount of time and effort of a lot of members put into this car. A sad time for several people who had the previlege to drive it or work on it. It was one of a kind SE2 4x4 Turbo conversion R.I.P.

Jill and i have spoke about it and i can buy it if i want but t be honest i would need to buy an other turbo to replace the bits that have been raped from her and paint the shell and even after doing that it would never be the se2 that we had theres too many bits that where one off's so im not going to be going down that road even tho my heart is telling me to get in the car and go pick it up

shell .........................£150
fuel to get it home ......£100
paint .........................£1500
turbo donor car ...........£1200
wheels and tyres..........£500
all the bits and pieces...£??

Let it go Steve mate I no it's hard but if I was you I would start a new project something like a wooden box that has fancy brass handles and a fancy silk interior and pillow just big enough for 1 man, something that can go under ground with a stone marker above ground, now who could we get to test drive it any ideas

All good things must come to an end. But for me..... i had nothing but bother with it. It was complete bollucks from minute one, of owning it! half hour after picking it up the rear bumper comes off at 70mph with another car behind me. A friend noticed a head gasket leak on day 2, The freshly put in transfer box followed 3 days later, the turbo was never boosting correctly, and was very badly set up with no uprated fpr as should have been, and the rear bench seat was CONSTANTLY wet, oil pressure issues around a month after getting it. and then the pulley and alternator decide to make noises....

I drove the car for all of 250 miles inclusive of the travel home with her.

Now who is gonna tell me i am wrong for moving on, and try to recuperate my money?

Because this was the ONLY way i was gonna get close.

b***h and call me a w****r what ever you like, but it wasnt you that had to put up with this constant bollucks, and then have to walk past it every day with my head held low, I had a dream to own a turbo, and my heart felt robbed when all this happened.
