Hi Guys,
Here I just wanted to show everyone how easy it is to recover the rear parcel shelf. Please reference my "how to" on page 5 of this thread for further information.

I used the Selleys Quick Grip Spray on the top and on the top edges, for the underside I brushed Sika High Strength Contact Adhesive after trimming the excess material off. The job took about two hours. Brushes can be cleaned using wax and grease remover.

Teejay, I was concerned about the glare to, I have had the car out in sunny days and I have not had issue with glare, maybe the fact that I have tinted windows could be helping.

John, I tried fixing the sag. From the photos below you maybe able to tell that I have placed a piece of pine behind the hinges which I initially glued and screwed into place I removed the screws before recovering as they would have been obvious once I recovered the shelf. The pine piece made a significant difference but didn't totally solve the problem.

In retrospect because I wanted to retain the orginal parcel shelf I should have made a template of the underside and cut out the shape in a 5 ply or MDF board and glued that to the underside of the parcel shelf that would have offered a proper fix. Or otherwise just make a new one out of MDF board.

I wanted to show my new exhaust system, all in stainless steel, (and to give you an idea as to how much it costs if you wish to do this), it's made up of:
Friedrich Motorsport headers $1,500.00, (link: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FM-Facherkru ... 3a7fc1a8fa )
200CFM high flow catalytic convertor, cost $120.00
Piper cat back exhaust system $700.00
Labour, the fitting of the sytem and machining of the manifold flange $600.00

P.S. The header flange had to be machined it was warped, also the piping had to be twisted to make room for the orginal Lambda sensor.

Looks good but what's the cost in proper money? I do like the way manifolds change colour as they get hot.

That is the same ones that Aldo got, had the same problems with it having 2 places for the Lambda sensors (none in the place we have it) and the pipe work hit something, so had to be heated and bent. He had to get the holes welded up and a new one put in. Think they are actually for the Vectra so different routing for the pipes (and a stringent emission law hence why 2 Lambda's )

They are still on the car and never been used,along with a load of other stuff

Yeah Fraz has got it spot on. It wasn't just fit and go, the guy whom fitted it for me had to plug the extra lambda holes, both manifold flanges had to be machined, and the piping twisted to clear the lambda sensor. He told me that he thought by the looks of it the headers were made in china. I know the price was pretty expensive but to have a custom set of extractors made up etc would have been more expensive, he quoted at about $4,500 or £2700.

Now my cally has really nice sound now at idle or under acceleration, and it starts to pull a lot harder above 3,500rpm to the redline.
