During this time following works completed:
- refurbish F28 - ✔
- install Sachs Performance clutch - ✔
- install 300lph Bosch pump - ✔
- install Bosch 440cc injectors (Green Giants) - ✔
- install 5 bolt hubs - ✔
- install Calibra turbo fanblades + Fulda Carat Exelero R16 - ✔
- install new front speakers - Hertz DSK165.3 - ✔
- reduce noisiness of front doors - ✔
During this time following works completed:

I've finally found correct front caliper carriers from SAAB in a local junk yard for a bragain in order to upgrade front brakes to 308mm

when i got mine i bought Zafira disc's they worked out cheaper

Discs are identical. But what about Zafira calipers/carriers? As far as I aware they won't fit to Calibra...

Thanks I got it from the German eBay. But IIRC this was the seller.
No cutting work involved, just paining. It came with adhesive tape on the bottom.

the disc's are the same you cant use the callipers just use v6 or turbo ones with your sabb carriers and 308mm discs

Spring is here, Calibra is being prepared for the new season.
Besides a/m brake discs I got EBC YellowStuff for front, HEL Performace brake lines and CL Racing brake fluid
Calipers are going to be refurbished and powdercoated black before installation.
Another bonus for Calibra - I finally bought a head unit I was planning to get - Becker Indianapolis Pro.
With its kinda retro design it has plethora of quite modern features like mp3, navi, bluetooth

According to my tuner, engine now has been mapped to 430bhp @ 6500rpm / 470nm @ 5600rpm
Turbo reaches positive pressure @2700rpm, ~0.3b/5psi@3000rpm, full boost ~1.4bar/20psi@4300rpm
Revlimiter set to 6500rpm.
Injectors' duty cycle around 50% at full boost.
I am quite happy
The only thing that is driving me crazy now - tripple disc clutch while driving in a traffic
