Aftermarket sunroof

Not seen this before, someone has had an aftermarket glass sunroof fitted to this Se9:-

John if the date of reg is correct it just isn't an SE9(20/02/1996) its just a V6 calibra

True,but its deffo an aftermarket glass sunroof, says se9 auto,assuming that cones up when reg entered into eBay listing

Its a DIY sunroof and it probably leaks.

look at the pictures...it is clear that it is a glass aftermarket sunroof ...all calibra sunroofs go out and over the roof, don't have a wee handle to keep them open at the back, and they are all metal not glass

Yes, it certainly is an aftermarket fitting...

Makes me wonder what costs, and why someone would bother going to such efforts...

I toyed with the idea of fitting a sunroof to my se8,but didn't bother when I realised it would be glass and look crap!

Could be a Cavalier sunroof? Or another Vauxhall one?

Given the Tigra sunroof is the same size, some others may be too?
