Doesn't look right to me.

Doesn't look like an Elise/Exige engine.
I doubt a Carlton engine would fit.
It is not the old twin cam.
Too small to be the Esprit 2.0/2.2 or 1 bank of the V8.
Definitely not an M100 Elan engine. That has a 1.6 Isuzu!

Its a lotus Carlton engine,in the pic above, dunno if its real or if it would fit etc,,, but that's what's in the picture

its deffo a lotus Carlton engine, not sure if its real or photoshop the suspension turrets dont look right and it looks out of scale some how :eusa-think:

The rad looks level with the slam plate then there is the what looks like a fan housing sat several inches higher surly that will be higher than the bonnet

Those strut tops and servo are definately carlton.
