Problems with my heater

Hi guys having a issue with heaters, when it's cold outside the heat coming out the vents is luke warm if that, that's with the control on full and the fans turned on full, any suggestions? It's ok when it's a little warmer outside

The thermostat works I believe, it's sits in between 90-100, I could try flushing heater matrix, never done it before tho

Check the pollen filter under the scuttle panel, mine was soaking wet and full of crap. Took it out and cleaned the elephants truck out and that cured it

2nd for the matrix, flush the pipes in both directions and loads of crap will come out!
