My B204e Calibra 8v

Hello guys.My name is Cosmin,i am from Romania,and i just started my b204 calibra project.

These swaps are popular in uk,but here nobody did it before.The donor car is a 93 saab 2000 reg,b204e lpt.
I checked the engine,is in very good shape,no smoke on exhaust etc,changed the sparks ngk ones bcrcep-11,water pump,accessories belt,thermostat,rocker cover seal,cleaned the oil bay and sump.

I was ready to make the swap.i am using saab engine,gearbox fm05,507,hydraulic, new clutch.Bought the v6 electronic speedo, and change the rev counter from 4cyl one.

Here are the pics with the progress so far and parts bought,painted engine bay,no rost at all(very happy).

After that it was b204 turn to get out and put some new parts on it..so here we go...

New parts for B204 arrived,put it toghether and after that,we managed to put the engine into cally...

That doesn't appear to be the correct DI pack for the engine.

Yes ,it's a BLACK DI,dont have any problems with it.the stickers are the same,just masked them when painted the loom.
The engine is up,got the immo off from Jules( great guy). I have mounted the fmic,polished the intake pipe, now we are working at the 3" DP, full exhaust and a custom remus muffler.we fired up the engine, it has a high idle rpm,but no lamda installed yet,and some vacuum hose are not yet connected.
