Potential b204 conversion

I've been toying with the idea of doing a conversion for a while, so done a fair bit of research into getting a b204 fitted and running, mated to my f18 gearbox. Now as far as my research goes, obviously I need a donor Saab between 1994 and 2000 running either a b204e/l/r, then from there I believe I need a loom adaptor to connect the Calibra and Saab loom together, and then a way of getting a speed reading to pin 39 of the Saab ecu (probably abs ring). Now is that all? What else is really required, what are the potential problems other than connecting the manifold to the exhaust and chopping the bumper to fit a FMIC?
