New rear archs

Does anyone have any helpful tips or hints on how to cut the old ones out and fit new ones want to give this a bash myself just not sure where to start

Av aready got one steve as i am a sheet metal worker which should mean i can do the arches but am not 100% sure when it comes to car body panels
