A belated thank you for the replies. Not much going on of late but now ready to start on the front end. Plan to order new control arms ,air-con compressor, cv boots, a few suspension bits n pieces, sump gasket and front pads. I already have springs and shocks to go in so the plan is to do this all at once.

Ok found a replacement seal locally so going to try it out a bit before putting up any pics and details. If it turns out well I'll post up contact details etc.

Found another set of Cali tail lights to replace mine. My nearside unit has started to crack and is dull. Thinking about having them fine sanded and clear UV coated. Anyone any opinions?

Also found the roof headlining starting to come lose in the rear. Not happy at all because this was professionally recovered not more than 2 years ago.

It's a bugger of a job taking the roof card out and not one you want to do too often for the sake of the card so I will recover in leather and will never need re-doing again.

Not wasting any time on this;

Not much can be done as I'm still waiting on parts delivery. Finished recovering the roof late last week so that's now ticked off the list. Bonnet stalk and a few other pieces sent for nickel plating (mostly pieces that needed re-doing tbh). Sunroof surround rubber has arrived so to see how that fits and holds up with some use. Mesh on the the rear bumper leaving the front to be done probably next week at this rate.

Meshed the front bar and it's ready to go back on. Just need to finish fitting the new sump and gasket. A freshen up for the exhaust with a coat of high heat and it can all go back together again.
