where is the buzzer for the lights

Aye it is in the fusebox. The part no. for the older nasty sounding buzzer is 90 240 665, the newer two-tone sounding one is part number 90 464 777.

If you mean can you change the old style buzzer for a new style two-tone one then yes you can, they just plug straight in.
You can also fit the nicer sounding buzzer from a Renault with a bit of wire swapping at the back of the fusebox, check here ....
